Working with iridium Interactive: A journey 2 months long

I joined iridium on Feb 7th 2011, It’s been close to two months, I’ve been part of this wonderful youthful team and enjoying every bit of it. Be it the ambience, the open space, the big windows giving a clear view of the cityand the sky and not to forget the bench which reminds me of my nostalgic school days. Through the days got to learn a lot of stuff and information from colleagues who have definitely become friends now and have always lend a helping hand when needed. The best part of being a part of iridium is that there’s no specific designed role for anyone and every person has the flexibity to be a part of every project, which gives us the scope to learn and grow more professionally.

Be it the Birthday celebrations of iridium turning 11, I was a part of the 600 odd people who made it to the list “I LIKES IT”, or the Cricket craziness of viewing the match with cricket obsessed fans “I LIKES IT”,or the crazy tea breaks cracking jokes with colleagues..or friends  on the terrace “I LIKES IT”, or the slow going afternoons listening to some great music “I LIKES IT” or the brain-storming sessions every alternate day ” I LIKES IT” or the Interactive meetings with Sriram and the inputs given “I LIKES IT”, or the casual meetings with colleagues to get them know better ” I LIKES IT”..”I LIKES IT”..” I DEF LIKES IT”…:)

I attended a meeting yesterday 31 March along with 17 colleagues from different teams handling different projects. The purpose of the meeting, though it was termed as Process Orientation, was definitely not as it goes by the name. It was more of a casual kind of meeting which gave us the opportunity to get to a know lot of other people which otherwise we wouldn’t have been knowing. It was one FUN Activity where my colleagues had to tell what kind of a person I’m. I did get a lot of good reviews/compliments be it a quick learner, or easily adaptable or extremely talented along with some negative points as well which I would definitely work on to be a better person personally & professionally. “I LIKES IT” :)

There are so many that can make it to the list of “I LIKES IT” and the blog would’nt be enough for me to mention them. But definitely this is been a wonderful experience till date working with Iridium and looking forward to more fun and masti with learning a lot of stuff @ the same time..Adios for now..Cheers:)
