iridium Interactive builds Brand Visibility for TGV Group

Just as important is your name to your identity, a company’s website is their identity.

Any company marketing online would like their customers to identify with their brand.Creating a wonderful website paves to generating good user experiences which ultimately leads to brand visibility and loyalty. More often people do not realize the power of strong web presence and impacts on user perception about their brands.

TGV Group is one company that realized this importance and approached Iridium Interactive to revamp their 12 yr old website in to a fresh, new website. There were many problems that their old website faced. First being their company is a conglomerate and their existing website did not showcase all their brands and companies in one single website. They wanted an all encompassing, integrated website that shows all their brands and companies together in one website. Secondly, since their existing website was 12 years old it was not updated to their latest market standing. Their company had grown multifolds during this time, they had entered new ventures, created more brands, which was invisible to their customers, TGV wanted an updated website. “Our website was ancient and old it needed an urgent overhaul and upgradation that enhances our brand visibility.”- asserts a TGV representative

Keeping all this in mind it was iridium Interactive’s responsibility to create an integrated and updated website for TGV and also upgrade their online customer services.

We had to take a holistic approach in creating this website that caters to all their requirements. TGV was looking at creating brand visibility and this is what iridium Interactive helped them achieve.” As stated by Sriram Bharatram, CEO and founder of Iridium Interactive.

We started with raising basic questions that need to be addressed while making any website like; who are the user? What will they want from the website? How do they browse sites? How do we showcase TGV’s brand to their customers? With our brainstorming we came to a conclusion that TGV’s website had to be structured in a well defined fashion, clearly linking industries they work in and the companies in each industry”.

Their home page was structured in a logical yet simple way. Every dimension of their business was divided into categories and subcategories. Their business was broadly categorized with 4 main industries namely: Manufacturing and Exports, Pharma and Health care, Power and infrastructure and finally Hospitality and education- the core activities done by TGV. Respective companies were then listed within these broad companies. Users can browse through many topics and headings within a single frame. Financial results, contact information specific to every brand and company was clearly segregated and interlinked.

iridium Interactive also ensured that it preserved a separate brand identity for every company under TGV Group yet integrating it with the corporate website. TGV had two other websites for their brands: SRHHL Industries Ltd. and Rayalseema Alkalies that was integrated with their corporate website.

It also made sure that it created maximum brand exposure for TGV; this was done by highlighting TGV’s logo at every possible opportunity.

iridium Interactive suggested that live chat process was an efficient way to enhance customer services across the group. This process allows Online as well as offline interaction between the customer and companies. This was an instant hit with the customers.

Immediately after the launch of their Beta version website, TGV received 20 online feedbacks on their website and 4 offline chat messages. If the Beta version generated such interest in their customer one can only imagine the impact the actual website must’ve made on TGV’s customers.
