iridium Interactive Revamps AGI Glaspac's Website


AGI Glaspac, the second largest container glass manufacturer in India was looking at revamping their outdated website. They approached iridium Interactive to create their new website aimed at creating brand awareness and online presence for their company.

AGI had major issues and concerns that had to be addressed while designing their website:

  • Refurbish their old website as it did not show all the products and value addition services provided by AGI Glaspac.
  • Enhance their online visibility to increase their exports business.
  • Showcase the new factory they were putting up in Hyderabad that boasts of honing the latest technology in Glass Industry.

Inorder to kick start the designing process, iridium Interactive began researching the online presence of 8 glass industry players. This allowed iridim Interactive to understand how the industry players are showcasing their products and decide the inherent features and functionality that should be present in the AIG Glaspac‘s website.

iridium Interactive then thoughtfully segregated and interlink all products into categories and subcategories allowing the users to browse through all sections with ease. Moreover explicit description of every product including colour, weight, cost, and most importantly contact details was provided in the website. , bottle design and metrics

AGI Glaspac provides complete end to end services which were not displayed in their marketing collaterals. Right from design creation to creating moulds, production, screen painting, protective coating and finally packaging was not properly conveyed to their customers. These services were made rather apparent to the users in the new website with the addition of a new categories and visuals.

AGI Glaspac had expressed its desire to promote their company as a glass industry player and market their glass products. Taking this cue the iridium Interactive‘s creative team stepped in to innovatively design their home page and website. AGI Glaspac‘s brand was apparent the moment users entered this site, which shows graphics of a glass factory with an animated conveyor belt and moving glass bottles. Each moving glass bottles had a website category on it that user can click on which leads them to the desired category page. This made the user experience fun and allowed them to get engaged with the site and explore all dimensions. Quotes on glass and glass industry were also strewn all over the website to create brand visibility.

The creative team also provided meaningful display and visuals to the entire website like enlarge photographs options with every category and embedded google map application with the contact information.

Potential and actual customers now have the option to get into detailed analysis of the products they intend buying in a single online experience.

The site was an instant hit in the glass product manufacturing industry as well as with the glass product consumers. The General Manager of AGI Glaspac said,
